口味這東西還真是個個不同，Amy那把沙啞的聲線或許不是你的口味，卻無減我對她的鐘愛。Amy生前總共出了3張大碟：03年的Frank，06年的Back to Black，及07年的I Told You I Was Trouble: Amy Winehouse Live From London。或許不日每一首作品都驚天地泣鬼神，也沒有人生必聽之選。不過，偶爾拿在播放，那種不一樣的感覺卻又是那樣難以形容……

2011年的今天，Amy於其公寓內去世，享年27歲。在這背後，不知要用多少首好歌才能補回……

來自明尼蘇達的Adam Young，在可口可樂工廠擔任裝運工作時深受失眠困擾，他把失眠之夜變成創作之夜，每天收工回家就是跑到地下室的歌曲創作天地，把工作時在腦海裡浮現的旋律寫進電腦，他以Owl City為名在iTunes與MySpace發表創作曲。2007年，Owl City在MySpace上傳銷售迷你專輯『Of June』，2008年12月發表專輯『Maybe I’m Dreaming』，兩張作品全都挺進全美電子音樂專輯榜TOP20。就在2008年，Owl City的創作網站引起唱片公司注意，簽下唱片合約，在2009年夏季與秋季分別透過網路與實體通路發行專輯『Ocean Eyes』，專輯中的單曲'Fireflies'同年11月登上全美流行榜冠軍，這首美麗小品隨後也在英國、澳洲、日本等國奪冠，專輯在單曲造勢聲中闖進全美流行榜TOP10，同時還在電子音樂、搖滾、另類專輯榜蟬聯三冠王。Adam Young在2010年以Sky Sailing代號發表他在2007年時以鋼琴與不插電彈唱風格創作的作品輯「An Airplane Carried Me To Bed」。Owl City的創作曲深受好萊塢青睞，分別出現在電影「魔境夢遊」、「貓頭鷹守護神」以及熱門影集「90210」原聲帶。
